Dare we sing it? Spring is finally here! The first quarter of the year has passed already and it feels so weird to have been living with restrictions for so long, let alone travel abroad. Walking around Hortus Botanicus in Leiden however, feels like an exotic adventure. Founded in 1593 by Carolus Clusius, It’s the oldest botanical gardens of the Netherlands, and one of the oldest in the world. The greenhouses were added in the 17th century, allowing the Hortus to house sub-tropical trees and unique plants. In this green oasis, our oak yellow ensembles form a sunny contrast.
