Tropicana Ibiza Suites

Sun, sea, sand and great parties are the perfect recipe for a successful summer vacay, and Ibiza never fails to disappoint. As the summer party capital of Europe and birthplace of a distinctive music scene, house music lovers can party 24/7 here during the high season. But that’s not all that this beautiful island has to offer, as it just as easily serves as a refuge for relaxation and immersive cultural experiences due to the many beaches, natural areas and ancient historical heritage sites. With affinity with all of the aforementioned, our goal was to be located close enough to everything, as well as being able to easily withdraw when preferred too.

The tropical oasis of Hotel Tropicana Ibiza Suites proved to be the perfect choice for us, located right off the main boulevard of Playa d’en Bossa and only 200 metres from the soft sandy beach. Not to mention, the fabulous and very instagrammable theme of the hotel, with an exterior and interior design inspired by the iconic Art Deco style that Miami is famous for. The vibrant color story of bright pink and lime green persists throughout the premises, with a gorgeous palm surrounded pool area and a very retro “Cocktails and Dreams” pool bar as the ultimate eyecatcher.

Cleverly constructed to face away from the road, the lounge and pool area feel very private, with high walls and tropical vegetation shielding you from the bustling streets. The peaceful silence is only broken when the low key dj sets by the pool start, however, the soft loungy dance tunes only help you relax more. Even at night we were very pleased to notice how calm the atmosphere was once you get back to the lounge, with absolutely no nightlife noise to be heard in the room.

The suites are divided between two categories, named the “Blue Parrot” or “Daikiri” suites. Both are super spacious, seeming more like a complete apartment with their own separate living room, bedroom, kitchenette and bar.
