Patience, patience. Entering March, it’s only a few weeks until spring! Meanwhile, the sun-splashed main porch of the Petit Palais serves as our shimmering golden backdrop today. Designed by Charles Girault, the gorgeous building in Beaux-Arts style shares quite some similarities with the Grand Palais across the street. With its embellished façade, columns, and octi-circular courtyard it still makes a grand impression since its completion in April of 1900. Hanging out on the steps to the entrance, we’re just enjoying the sunny afternoon and wondering when it will be reopened for exhibitions again. Her bright fuchsia draped dress is quite the match for the illustrious rays. Flanked by his rather flamboyant combination of snake print shirt and ripped white jeans. Royally looking forward to more sunny days like these.
