With the change of the season comes the first cool winter breeze, blowing through the stark white sky to leave a magical mist on the hill of Chaillot in Paris. It is here on the hill of the former village of Chaillot where the gorgeous Place du Trocadero is built, awarding us with the most magnificent view of the Jardins du Trocadero and Fontaines de Chaillot, leading up to the famous Eiffel Tower. Treading across the polished marble tiles in the early morning just after sunrise, one can really take in the environment with all its glory and enjoy the silence before hordes of tourists arrive to crowd the area. With the faint winter sun reflecting off of the tiles, the light is also bounced off a gazillion pink sequins worn by her. Because surely every love affair would involve a floor length pink sparkling gown sweeping behind you as you walk hand in hand up to the highest steps of the most recognizable place in Paris.
