Admittedly never really looking forward to the cold winters in Amsterdam, one could still never disregard the cozy charm of the streets around the Central Canal district with the early morning mist lingering over the waters. It’s here where the three major canals divide the burrow into nine little picturesque shopping streets known as “De Negen Straatjes”, full of unique boutiques, vintage shops and cute food hotspots. Putting some pep in our step, we maintain a brisk pace to stay warm while the gusts of cold wind in our face leave us with rosy cheeks.
